1, How you ship my ordered electric standing desk or electric standing desk frame?

We usually ship by Fedex Ground to your door in 3-7 business days. We will notify you when your order on the way to your home and office.

 

2, Which address you support to delivery?

We deliver to 48 states in US FREE of charge for $50 and over orders, Alaska and Hawaii states orders, we should collect some shipping cost.

 

3, Do you ship to Canada?

Currently we can only with 48 US states, Canada is not available now. We will expand to delivery to Canada soon.

 

4,  Where you ship my order from?

Maidesite usually your standing desk from below warehouse:

5,Which payment method you support?

We support to pay by below credit, Shop pay, Google pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.

Credit cards: Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and Elo

Shop pay, shop pay installments(4 interest free).

 

6, How is your the 30 days free trial?

You order the standing desk from our online store. You can email us if you don't like it within the 30 days after delivery. We will ask Fedex or UPS to pick up the product you ordered.The full payment will be refund in 1-3 business days to your original payment method after we received your returned standing desk.

Kindly noted: the returned standing desk should be packed in the original package.

 

7, How long you warranty the standing desk we purchase from your online store?

Usually we provides 10 years warranty for the standing desk frame(all mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components).

Desktop warranty time is 5 years.

Other accessories will enjoy 5 years warranty.
